Longpoint acquired The Hills Village Center from an unnamed global investment manager. JLL’s original acquisition release reports 110,453 square feet and management under Lena Centers. The property subsequently exited to Asana Partners, announced September 30, 2026; this historical acquisition must not be shown as a current holding.
