Longpoint bought Five Points Plaza, a 129,699-square-foot grocery-anchored center at 4652–4822 La Sierra Avenue, Riverside, California, for the stated $31 million. JLL represented Longpoint. The seller was an unnamed private family that originally developed the center. Current ownership is unverified.
