Longpoint acquires ten-building Miami-Dade industrial portfolio

Longpoint announced acquisition of ten Miami-Dade industrial buildings comprising 729,901 square feet for the stated $195 million. Occupancy was 90% with 74 tenants at acquisition. Seller, investing fund and exact closing day were not disclosed. This is distinct from the 2023 Seagis and 2024 26-building portfolios.
