Plexus Capital →ACE Solutions, a Plexus portfolio company, acquired Leahy-Wolf, an Illinois lubricants distributor. Matrix Capital Markets Group advised the seller, and Winthrop & Weinstine served as its legal counsel. The transaction closed on June 1, 2026.
