HSG reports RIVR's acquisition by Amazon

HSG announced that RIVR had been acquired by Amazon. The Zurich-based company develops robotics for last-mile delivery. HSG said it co-led RIVR's August 2024 seed financing alongside Bezos Expeditions. The announcement did not disclose the purchase price, Bezos Expeditions' ownership at the acquisition, or any proceeds to the family office.
