PSERS approves Keystone Series C and Series B investment authorizations

The board authorized an investment through Keystone Partners, L.P. Series C into Newmarket Structured Credit Solutions Fund V, L.P. and a separate increase in Series B, subject to final legal due diligence and office approvals. This is an authorization, not evidence that the full capped amounts were invested.
