WSIB conditionally approves TPG IV and Silver Lake II investments

WSIB approved investments in TPG Partners IV, managed by Texas Pacific Group, and Silver Lake Partners II. The approvals were contingent on satisfactory terms and conditions, rather than completed funding. The release also disclosed an international-equity manager search assisted by Callan Associates.
