WSIB approves Oak XI and OCM V investment plans

WSIB approved plans to invest in Oak Investment Partners XI, a multi-stage venture vehicle, and OCM Opportunities Fund V, a distressed-debt vehicle. A possible OCM Vb allocation depended on investment conditions. The Board also approved LSV Asset Management for an international active-value mandate. Decisions remained subject to diligence and final terms.
