NCIA board reviews NCRS fiscal-year investment performance

The NCIA board reviewed NCRS allocation, investment activity and performance, reporting a 12.41% return net of fees and expenses for the year ended June 2026. The board also reviewed two NCRS asset classes. The release separately discusses the authority’s cash-management, supplemental-retirement and other assets; those are outside the NCRS pension portfolio.
