NCIA approves revised NCRS strategic asset allocation and investment policy

The NCIA board approved a revised strategic asset allocation and Investment Policy Statement for NCRS, including greater investment flexibility, risk controls and performance benchmarks. Ortec Finance presented stress-testing of the revised allocation. Separate decisions on the ancillary governmental investment program and NCIA staff compensation applied to the investment authority and other client programs, rather than to NCRS employee appointments or pension assets.
