OPERS partial Montagu VI interest transfers disclosed to AXA and Golding vehicles

A general-partner notice disclosed partial assignments by Ohio Public Employees Retirement System of its interest in Montagu VI L.P. (LP020048) to AXA IM Prime for FCPR AXA IM Prime Galaxy, AXA IM Prime for AXA Avenir Entrepreneurs, AXA Fund Platform Private Equity S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF – Vintage 2025, and Golding Secondaries 2022 SCS SICAV-FIAR. The recipients were admitted as limited partners following the transfers. The notice gives no consideration, stake size, original commitment amount or effective transfer date.
