Russell Smith selected for OPERS Board college and university seat

OPERS selected Russell Smith, a senior hospital administrator at the University of Toledo Medical Center, as its Board representative for non-teaching college and university employees. He replaced Randy Desposito, who resigned from the Board in January 2025. The announcement states that Smith’s term runs through the end of 2026.
