OPERS discloses partial transfers of Montagu V and VI interests

General-partner notices published in The London Gazette on 27 November 2025 disclosed partial secondary transfers by Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. OPERS assigned part of its interest in Montagu V L.P., registered in England as LP016266, to Partners Group Access PF 922 L.P. A separate notice described a partial transfer from OPERS in Montagu VI L.P., registered as LP020048, to the same recipient. Partners Group Access PF 922 L.P. was admitted as a limited partner in each partnership following the respective transfer. Neither notice discloses the consideration, size of the transferred stake, original commitment amount, or effective transfer date. Both describe partial assignments rather than complete exits.
