Bank Lombard Odier establishes Corporate Advisory service

Bank Lombard Odier & Cie SA announced a Corporate Advisory centre for entrepreneur clients, covering business acquisitions, sales, transfers and governance. Maxime Dubouloz and Jules Boudrand, who joined the bank in November 2022, were appointed to lead the service. The announcement establishes an advisory offering rather than an individual client transaction or mandate.
