AIMCo joins US industrial property venture with WPT and CPPIB
AIMCo →AIMCo, WPT Industrial REIT and CPPIB formed a US industrial-property joint venture. AIMCo and CPPIB each held 45% and the REIT 10%. The venture targeted up to US$1 billion of combined equity; this cap is not paid-in capital or AIMCo’s commitment.
