AIMCo portfolio company Iguá wins Rio water concession

Iguá won the Block 2 CEDAE water and sewage concession auction in Rio de Janeiro. Its fixed grant fee was R$7.286 billion, to be funded through shareholder capital and debt. The fee is Iguá’s concession obligation, not AIMCo’s investment amount. This is a portfolio-company operating transaction.
