AIMCo Realty adopts green financing framework

AIMCo Realty introduced a green financing framework for eligible project financing and refinancing. Sustainalytics issued a second-party opinion, and Scotiabank served as green structuring agent. This framework announcement is separate from subsequent individual bond issues.
