AIMCo confirmed it was an anchor investor in Seraya Partners Fund 1, having committed in July 2022. The fund completed fundraising in December 2023 and targets Asian middle-market infrastructure tied to digital infrastructure and energy transition. AIMCo’s individual commitment amount was not disclosed. The fund is managed by Seraya, not AIMCo.
