AIMCo appoints Ron Helmhold and Hugh O’Reilly to its board

AIMCo announced the appointment of Ron Helmhold and Hugh O’Reilly to its board. Their terms end September 2, 2029. Helmhold previously served as CFO of Workers’ Compensation Board Alberta from 2006 to 2026; O’Reilly was OPTrust president and CEO from 2014 to 2019. The announcement follows the September 3, 2026 Order in Council.
