LOIM signs conditional heads of terms for Ownership Capital integration

Lombard Odier Investment Managers and Ownership Capital announced heads of terms to integrate the Dutch equity manager into LOIM's sustainability business. The announcement expressly remained subject to final agreement and regulatory approvals.
