Julius Baer nominates Caroline Kuhnert and Elaine Arden for 2027 board election

Julius Baer announced proposed board nominations for Caroline Kuhnert and Elaine Arden at its April 2027 annual meeting. Kuhnert brings private-banking leadership experience from UBS, including its Global Wealth Management Executive Committee and EMEA ultra-high-net-worth and family-office business. Arden previously held group HR leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC. Further board and committee details were scheduled for the March 2027 AGM circular.
