Julius Baer appoints Francis Hoefman as incoming CHRO

Julius Baer announced Francis Hoefman as Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Wealth Management Committee member, effective 11 January 2027. She will succeed Guido Ruoss, who is leaving after a transition. Hoefman joins from Reckitt, where her responsibilities included talent, leadership development and the R&D people agenda. Her earlier career included senior HR roles at H.J. Heinz and Mars. The appointment is future-effective as of the announcement and does not establish that she currently holds the Julius Baer role.
