AXA agrees conditional disposal of Ardian stake while retaining LP partnership

Ardian announced an agreement for AXA to sell its shareholding to existing shareholders ACM and Wafra, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals. AXA was expected to continue its long-term investment partnership as an LP in Ardian funds. The announcement does not establish a completed disposal.
