Rockpoint establishes industrial platform with an ADIA subsidiary

Rockpoint formed an industrial investment platform with a wholly owned ADIA subsidiary. Its target of approximately $2 billion is gross asset value, not an ADIA commitment or fund closing size. The platform announced its first closed investment at865 Embedded Way in San Jose.
