Invitation Homes and Rockpoint agree second rental venture

The second venture has $300 million in total equity commitments: $50 million from Invitation Homes and $250 million from Rockpoint. It will target higher-price rental homes in premium neighbourhoods. Planned deployment including debt is not treated as committed equity.
