Invitation Homes and Rockpoint agree first single-family rental venture

The venture has $375 million in total equity commitments: $75 million from Invitation Homes and $300 million from Rockpoint. Invitation Homes will provide investment, asset and property management. Expected deployment including debt is a separate measure, not equity commitments.
