SL Green and Rockpoint Announce Joint Venture for Ownership of 100 Park Avenue

SL Green completed a sale of a 49% interest in 100 Park Avenue to Rockpoint. The transaction valued the whole property at $425.0 million. That gross asset valuation is not the price paid for Rockpoint’s interest. Newmark advised the transaction.
