Rockpoint, The Morgan Group, and Humbold Announce Joint Venture to Develop Caroline at Sunrise

Rockpoint, The Morgan Group and landowner Humbold Real Estate Ventures formed a venture for Caroline at Sunrise, a planned 452-unit multifamily project on 21 acres in Florida. Construction is expected to start in 2026, with delivery expected in 2027.
