Rockpoint and 13th Floor Investments formed a venture to develop Link at Boca, with 340 apartments and retail next to Boca Raton Tri-Rail. The venture secured a $100 million construction loan from Santander Bank. This is project borrowing, not financing of Rockpoint itself.
