Rockpoint and The Kolter Group Announce Joint Venture to Develop The Sutton in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Affiliates of Rockpoint and The Kolter Group formed a venture to acquire land and develop The Sutton, a 432-unit apartment community in Palm Beach Gardens. PNC Bank provided project financing; completion is scheduled for 2028.
