Gilead and Lakefront complete Ouro Medicines transaction

Gilead and Lakefront announced completion of the Ouro Medicines transaction. Gilead acquired all outstanding equity, while Lakefront acquired substantially all of Ouro’s team and operational assets and agreed to collaborate on gamgertamig development.
