Crossover Health primary investment

Gurnet Point invested in Crossover Health to fund expansion and redeem a portion of existing preferred and common shares. Management and Gurnet Point became principal shareholders. This was a mixed primary/secondary financing, not a disclosed acquisition of the whole company or proven complete Norwest disposal.
