Coursera completes combination with Udemy
Norwest Venture Partners →Coursera and Udemy announced their combination on December 17, 2025. Coursera confirmed closing on May 11, 2026, with Udemy shares exchanged for Coursera shares and Udemy delisted. Norwest’s ownership at either date is not established by this release.
