Planet: SPAC combination completed

Planet announced completion of its SPAC business combination with dMY Technology Group IV; the renamed Planet Labs PBC was scheduled to begin NYSE trading December 8, 2021. Felicis lists the company in its historical portfolio; this event does not establish Felicis share sales, proceeds or disposal.
