Greystar agrees FTC and Colorado rent-disclosure settlement

The FTC announced Greystar’s agreement to pay $23 million to the FTC and $1 million to Colorado to resolve allegations over advertised rents and mandatory fees. The proposed order would require clearer total-price disclosures. The announcement says stipulated orders become legally effective when approved and signed by the district judge.
