Nine states announce proposed Greystar antitrust settlement

California’s attorney general announced a proposed $7 million settlement with Greystar Management Services LLC on behalf of nine states in the RealPage case. The release describes restrictions on competitor-sensitive pricing data and cooperation obligations. It expressly states that the settlement remained subject to court approval.
