Monogram Announces Completion of Acquisition by Greystar Led Fund

Greystar-managed funds and capital partners affiliated with APG, GIC and Ivanhoé Cambridge completed the Monogram Residential Trust acquisition. The approximate portfolio transaction value included the PGGM joint venture and assumed or refinanced debt.
