Greystar acquires five purpose-built student accommodation assets across the UK for £291m

Greystar acquired five Nido student-accommodation assets from KKR for a managed fund for GBP 291 million. The properties comprised 2,163 units in London, Glasgow, Coventry and Bristol; the Bristol property remained under construction.
