CPP Investments and Greystar Real Estate Partners Form U.S. Life Sciences Development Joint Venture
Greystar →CPP Investments and Greystar formed a US life-sciences development venture with an initial US$1.2 billion equity allocation. Its first project, 74M in Somerville, had stated 90% CPP and 10% Greystar interests; those project interests are not generalized to other ventures.
