Greystar acquires 2,500-unit flexible accommodation portfolio in Spain from King Street

Greystar forward-purchased a 2,500-unit Madrid flexible-accommodation portfolio for a managed discretionary fund from King Street. The release distinguished the purchase from the earlier 2019 Greystar, King Street and Momentum REIM partnership.
