PGGM Infrastructure Fund acquires 100 percent stake in RESA

PGGM Infrastructure Fund agreed to acquire RESA from Greystar, AXA IM Alts and investors represented by CBRE Investment Management. This August 2022 release remained subject to merger clearance; Greystar’s November 2023 release subsequently confirmed the sale.
