Greystar and Via Celere secure financing for new build-to-rent portfolio in Spain
Greystar →Greystar and Vía Célere signed a seven-year green loan with CaixaBank for their Spanish rental portfolio. The body gives EUR 197.5 million, whereas the headline rounds the financing to EUR 200 million.
