Greystar acquires BTR site from Sterpassage Rijswijk in Rijswijk, Holland
Greystar →Greystar completed the acquisition of The Orchard I, a 407-apartment residential development in Rijswijk, from Sterpassage Rijswijk, an affiliate of 3W real estate and AT Capital. MN’s separately acquired Orchard II was not purchased by Greystar.
