Greystar closes Europe’s largest residential fund with over €2.7 billion in total commitments

Greystar closed GEPE II with EUR 2.2 billion committed to the fund and EUR 550 million in discretionary co-investment vehicles. The fund and sidecars are separate from investment capacity and property values.
