Oaktree completes $4.7 billion Real Estate Opportunities Fund VIII close
Oaktree Capital Management →Kirkland & Ellis confirmed Oaktree's final closing of Real Estate Opportunities Fund VIII and related vehicles at approximately $4.7 billion, above its $3.5 billion original target. Investors included institutions across five continents. The vehicle pursued opportunistic real estate investments and credit dislocations.
