Arlington buys ENERCON from Oaktree and combines company with Pond

Arlington Capital Partners acquired ENERCON from Oaktree-managed funds and combined it with Pond & Company in an April 29, 2026 announcement. Oaktree thereby exited its investment in the energy and nuclear engineering specialist. The release did not provide the acquisition price.
