Lotte Rental sale to Affinity abandoned; related capital increase withdrawn

Lotte Rental said the group ended the Affinity sale discussions on 18 May 2026 after the competition authority rejected the combination in January. The related third-party capital increase was withdrawn. The planned allottee was Careena Transportation Group Limited. This was an abandoned transaction, not an Affinity acquisition or current portfolio holding.
