Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. purchased USD 594,152,000 principal of its 5.000% notes due 2031 at 101% of principal plus accrued interest. Payment occurred June 16, 2026. USD 5,848,000 principal remained outstanding. The principal tendered is not the cash purchase consideration.
