Kennedy-Wilson prices new senior notes

Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. priced USD 1.8 billion of senior notes: USD 1.1 billion at 7.000% due 2031 and USD 700 million at 7.250% due 2033. The subsequent July 16 issuer release confirms the original issuance on May 29. This is corporate borrowing, not a loan-originating investment.
