Oaktree closes Opportunities Fund XII at approximately $16 billion

Oaktree announced the final closing of its Opportunities Fund XII strategy with approximately $16 billion in commitments, including co-investment and affiliated vehicles. The Global Opportunities investment program focuses on liquid and private distressed and opportunistic credits, rescue financings and bespoke capital solutions. The fundraising total does not represent the standalone legal fund's NAV.
